Yes, a separate account of Dashboard access for your employees or storefront cashiers may be made. They may be given limited access of certain features to help run your business operations smoothly.
Yes, the Admin account and the employee or storefront cashiers may simultaneously access their respective accounts in the Dashboard.

Merchants can implement different methods of payment acceptance such as:
- Static or offline - the customers will scan the physical printed QR code displayed on your store;
- Dynamic or online - Merchants can generate digital QRs using the Merchant Dashboard so that customers don't need to type the amount to pay; and/or
- API - Merchants can add our payments channels on their eCommerce platform via API integration
All transactions will be deposited to your nominated bank account. Please make sure to provide accurate information regarding your nominated bank account.

The merchant dashboard has a Refund function where you can refund a transaction in real time. Once refunded, the customer may scan again with the correct amount.
Please take note that refund can only be done until 1:00am the next day, should there be a need to do refund after the cut off time, please contact a Fucent Gateway representative.
Yes you can. Once logged in the merchant dashboard, just go to transaction page, filter the details and click export table button.
