Getting Started

Start your application by sending us a message at sales@fucentgateway.com. Our Team will respond to your email and gladly assist you on your application.

Once the requirements are completely submitted, you will be informed of the status of your application within three to five (3-5) working days.

Upon the approval of your application, your QR code will be generated and will be included as part of the training kit that will be sent to you. The Marketing Team will then coordinate with you to schedule the Merchant Dashboard Training. The username and password of the Dashboard will be turned over to you after the training, so that you and your staff can begin to navigate through it.

A.) For training kit and marketing collaterals such as QR code standees, manual, and other promotional materials

  • Standard delivery of 1-3 business days for Metro Manila
  • Standard delivery of 5-7 business days for any part of Luzon
  • Standard delivery of 7-10 business days for Visayas and Mindanao
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to community quarantine restrictions.

B.) For access to the Merchant Dashboard account

Access will be turned over on the same day upon the completion of the Merchant Dashboard Training.
