Payments wrongfully made may be refunded through the Dashboard system. Requests for refund must be made before 1:00 AM the following day.
The step-by-step instructions on how to effect the refund using the Dashboard will be provided during the Merchant Dashboard Training.
For refund requests after 1:00 AM, the Merchant must send an email to info@fucentgateway.com so FGC can process the refund request. Once approved, the Merchant will be notified by FGC, and the refund status will be reflected on Merchant's Dashboard the next working day.
